هل الفحم خالٍ من المواد الكيميائية؟
✅ نعم تماماً. جميع منتجات الخير الأخضر خالية من الإضافات الكيميائية الضارة والمواد الحافظة الاصطناعية. نستخدم مواد طبيعية 100٪ لضمان تجربة شواء آمنة وصحية لك ولعائلتك.
كم تدوم مدة الاشتعال؟
تتفاوت مدة الاشتعال حسب النوع:
⚡ سريع الإشعال: ساعتان تقريباً – مناسب لجلسات الشوي القصيرة.
🔥 المكعبات: 3–4 ساعات من الحرارة الثابتة.
⬡ السداسية: حتى 4–5 ساعات – الخيار المثالي للجلسات الطويلة والضيافة.
كيف أُشعل الفحم بشكل صحيح؟
1. رتّب قطع الفحم في طبقة واحدة داخل الشواية.
2. استخدم مُشعِلاً طبيعياً أو حجر إشعال بدون مواد كيميائية.
3. اترك الفحم حتى يتحوّل لونه إلى الرمادي الفاتح (15–20 دقيقة).
4. وزّع الجمر بالتساوي ثم ابدأ الشواء.
